History & design
The Grand Live is the large model of InnovaSON's “Sensory Live Series”, alongside the Compact Live and Essential Live. A fully digital live console, it keeps an old-school control surface (motorized faders, physical knobs and keys) married to full scene recall, deliberately aimed at analog-trained engineers. Its reference configuration is 72 inputs, 48 motorized faders and 24 outputs, with a 5-band parametric EQ, compressor and gate on every input.
Like the whole range it relies on the 64-channel coaxial Muxipaire digital snake and Sensoft control software. ⚠ Not to be confused with the SY80 “Grand Live” (Sy generation, ~2006-2009, 80 faders / 104 channels / 48 buses), documented separately: the “Grand Live” name spanned two distinct hardware generations.
