Description

The DPS24 is one of the most accomplished all-in-one workstations of its era: a 24-track hard-disk recorder, an automated digital mixer with touch-sensitive motorised faders, effects, a patchbay and a CD-RW burner in a single chassis. In use I always appreciated its "large-console" feel: the thirteen motorised faders and layer logic make it a genuinely tactile work surface, where rivals were mouse-driven. It remains a cult machine among beatmakers for its sound and self-contained workflow.
