History & design
The SSL Live L100 is the most compact digital mixing console in the SSL Live range, launched in 2017 by Solid State Logic. It carries the same high-headroom, low-latency Tempest engine as the larger models.
The console offers 96 audio paths, configurable as up to 64 input channels, 36 aux sends, 12 stem groups, 12 VCAs and 4 masters. Every path has full processing (EQ, dynamics, FX). Sampling is 96 kHz.
The chassis uses a 12 + 2 configuration of 100 mm motorised faders, expandable with the Remote Tile. A multi-gesture touchscreen and a channel screen drive the SSL Live workflow. I/O follows the house ecosystem: SuperAnalogue stageboxes over MADI or Dante, Blacklight (MADI over fibre) and local analogue and digital I/O.
