AEQ BC2000D

Infrastructure-grade digital broadcast router/mixer

Description

As a sound engineer used to broadcast infrastructure, I file the BC2000D less among mixing consoles than among routing/mixing engines: a TDM frame built to shuffle more than a thousand channels and tie whole studios together over MADI/Dante. It is the invisible backbone of a radio or TV plant rather than a surface you ride live, and that is exactly where its value lies.
