History & design
Released in 2014, the Midas M32 is a 40-channel, 25-bus digital console with 32 Midas PRO mic preamps — the same lineage as the XL4 and Heritage 3000. Conversion relies on 192 kHz converters and the surface carries 25 motorised faders rated for one million cycles.
Processing offers EQ and dynamics on every channel plus eight true-stereo FX engines. On the network side, two AES50 ports handle 96-in / 96-out to DL stageboxes, an Ultranet P16 port feeds personal monitoring, and an expansion slot takes a 32-channel USB audio card. The rack M32R and M32 LIVE round out the range.
