eMotion ST is a multi-purpose software mixer developed by Waves, designed to integrate with the SoundGrid network infrastructure. It offers four operating modes covering different production contexts, and relies on SoundGrid processing servers and stageboxes for conversion and physical I/O.
Its distinctive feature is the native integration of Waves plug-ins on every channel: processing, dynamics and effects are directly available with no dedicated hardware. The software runs on PC and Mac and is controlled on screen or via a control surface. Positioned as a lighter solution than the flagship eMotion LV1 mixer, it suits broadcast, live and studio alike, in a fully networked production approach.
