Our take
History & design
Unveiled at PLASA 2024, the Quantum326 is the compact model in DiGiCo's Quantum range. It offers 128 input channels, 64 buses and a 24 x 24 matrix as standard, all with channel processing. The optional Pulse software raises those figures to 156 channels, 72 buses, 48 Mustard Processors and 72 Nodal Processors.
The surface carries 26 touch-sensitive 100 mm faders (two blocks of twelve plus two user faders) and two 17-inch 1000-nit multi-touch screens, backed by 58 TFT channel displays. The engine is built on seventh-generation FPGAs; the 'Ultimate Stadius' conversion runs at 32-bit. Connectivity includes six single MADI connections and two DMI slots (Dante, Waves SoundGrid, AES…). A Quantum326T variant adds the theatre-specific software package.
