KLOTZ Digital AG is a German manufacturer founded in 1990 by Thomas Klotz, based near Munich (Feldkirchen). A European pioneer of digital broadcast, the company developed the VADIS system (Variable Audio Distribution and Interface System): a routed, modular networked digital-audio infrastructure linking on-air consoles, routers and interfaces over fibre optics. Its VADIS consoles and routers equipped many radio and TV broadcasters worldwide.
