History & design
The Roland M-300 is a live digital mixing console in the V-Mixer range, sitting below the M-480. It offers 32 mixing channels, 8 auxes, 4 matrices and a main LCR output, with 24-bit conversion (44.1/48 kHz) and a typical network latency of 2.8 ms. Each aux, matrix and main output gets an 8-band parametric EQ and a delay; four multi-effects (eleven types) round out the processing.
Like the whole range, it relies on the REAC network: two RJ-45 EtherCon ports address up to 92 inputs and 90 outputs via stage boxes, and drive Digital Snake preamps, M-48 personal monitor mixers or an S-4000M merge unit. A complete, cascadable system in a small footprint.
